RecommendedMy husband & I have had nothing but great experiences with Century 21. We have lived in 2 different rental properties through them & we are about to move to our 3rd. The staff provide great customer service. If I could complain about anything, is their location. (Which overall isn’t their fault) I wish the company could provide them with a new building. If I could also rate zero it would be in 0 They denied me and lady said it was the landlord who denied me when I got the letter it said Century 21 is responsible the decision supposedly for a utility I was told that no landlord is going to want to rent to me so I was going to receive a denial letter they should be more honest and upfront when you pay them the money
If I could give zero starts I would. Century 21 is more then disrespectful!! We had nothing but problems renting from these people and will never return to rent from them again!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent through Century 21. They charge high prices and do not maintain their properties.
