Ryan Bird was our realtor. As 1st time home buyers, we had so many questions and concerns, walking in the unknown can be terrified. Ryan was very professional yet fun. He always had the best interest for us and didn't feel one bit as a quick sale. Always willing to answer answers in a timely manner. I will 100% recommend!
C21 represented Fannie Mae in a foreclosure sale that had outstanding water bills. Bills were identified at the time of closing to be taken care of by the seller. It has been 6 months at this point and one of the two outstanding water bills still remains unresolved. Multiple communications (phone & e-mail) have been sent back and forth between the selling agent, president, and vice president of this C21 location with no resolve.
