You did great, but the house could have been a little cleaner and the kitchen utensils and cups were not clean, we had to wash them right away! We had a window pain out completely and had to buy duck tape to fix it before we could notify century 21. The fire alarm downstairs went off and I guess needed a battery, over all it was good!
Check in was very easy and prompt. Reservation process was also very easy. The house, on the other hand, had dirty carpets, dirty walls, laminate coming off in many places on the kitchen cabinets, broken fridge door shelf but it was replaced the next day. The exterior has siding that is deteriorating . The ground level bedroom accessed through the garage has what looks like water damage along the baseboards and a moldy/mildew type odor. Century 21 is highly recommended for ease of conducting business. Office staff is great to work with. Re the Unit: Few bad weather nights forced us inside & analog TV in living room is SO small, difficult to see. I know the person that cleans has a short time but window sills, blinds are always dusty, furniture dusty, Floors, carpets and bathrooms are clean.
