This was a new home and area to us. It was recommended by the Vacation Rental Staff and they were right. Beautiful home and area. The VR Staff has always been pleasant and terrific.
House is OK. It needs a mid season cleaning. On both of the ocean side bedrooms the carpet by the sliding door wall has mold (the carpet is black). The bedroom with the king bed leaked with the rain. I reported these issues and basically was brushed off stating all houses here have similar issues. We have rented this house three years in a row and this year it had the leak and mold issues. We will rethink renting this house again because of the mold issues
It was great need new furniture
Your staff there was very friendly and upbeat. I stayed in Sea-Cluded in Serenity Point. This was my first time renting from you and my first time in Serenity Point. I have been coming to different parts of Topsail my entire life every year. The unit was superbly furnished. There was never a time I felt there was something I needed. I really appreciated the fact that linens were standard for the unit. Nice not having to bring my own. The care bag with soaps etc. was a great touch. I now have a new realtor for next year! Great vacation!!! Our 7th year and signed up for 2017
Very friendly staff! Easy and quick check in process and dog friendly staff! When we arrived, our garbage cans were completely full at no fault of the realty's. I called them and they sent someone to empty all of our garbage cans in just a few hours time. Very accommodating and friendly! Would recommend this realty and their clean cottages!
Stay and Anderin Seas just beautiful. We had perfect weather. And Century 21 is a great rental co to rent from.
You did great, but the house could have been a little cleaner and the kitchen utensils and cups were not clean, we had to wash them right away! We had a window pain out completely and had to buy duck tape to fix it before we could notify century 21. The fire alarm downstairs went off and I guess needed a battery, over all it was good!
Check in was a ease and the house Wynn's Way had everything we needed for our family. The only thing about the house was that it needed some dusting and there was sand on the furniture that you could feel when you sat down.
