Booking and check in were easy. However, we had the same experience as always. These houses are DIRTY and seem lacking of certain maintenance. Tattered furniture, gross bed covers, ripped pillows, water damaged cabinets, MOLD growing on one of the shower curtains, dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets, sand and debris in the kitchen cabinets and drawers, not enough seating in the main living area, or on the outside decks, UNCOMFORTABLE mattresses with one bed literally being supported by a foot stool, disgusting carpet on the... read more
Great property, easy check in, easy check out and friendly people!
Lobed the location of the house but didn't care for the noise of the birds in the vent of the stove. Also had to deal with ants around the stove top everyday. Not to happy about the way my vehicle was treated in the drive way when the lawn care company came and blew grass all over the side of my car.

The Following were awesome reservation staff - (Jessica), check in welcome bag, linens being included, location of the house, and size of the rooms The following were not so great - the shape of the home, not as updated as advertised, Hvac, appliances, couch, and carpet are on their last leg. Decking boards are loose. Terrible - Customer care during the stay. Fridge and freezer went out late afternoon on a Tuesday, not fixed until Thursday morning. Enjoyed our stay at the Channel marker,perfect house for my family.
We absolutely LOVE Topsail Island! This will definitely be our annual beach vacation for years to come. The house we rent is right on the beach, there are several stores on the island for convenience, especially if you dont want to travel far for groceries, dinner or souvenirs. A little piece of heaven... that's for sure!! I recommend Century 21, Action for you vacation needs, they were so helpful from start to finsih.
Got to check in a little early, that's always a plus also Shipwatch Villas 1315 was as nice as the pictures, already booked it for next year and the receptionist was very polilte and helpful.
