Couldn't check in until 5:00pm, then had the worst time getting into the house due to the terrible condition of the locks on the doors. One toilet seat was cracked and pinched when you used it- only toilet on the main floor, of course. House was not swept before we arrived and the floor was quite sandy. Two of the plastic chairs on the front porch had cracked rockers and made loud noises when used. No dish towels at all. First the good: I was kept well informed about the rental and expectations via email on a regular basis. It was easy to book the rental. When we had a plumbing issue, a plumber came to the unit and resolved the issue within a very short amount of time. Now the not so good: When I stopped to pick up the packet with keys and passes, the receptionist was rather rude and obviously not happy to see me at 4:50 in the afternoon. Got to check in a little early, that's always a plus also Shipwatch Villas 1315 was as nice as the pictures, already booked it for next year and the receptionist was very polilte and helpful.

We stayed at Beach Mountain Duplex for the second time and loved it! The house and location is great. Our check in was flawless,we even got our key a tiny bit early, loved it! Hope to be back in 2 years, see you then!

First time staying on topsail. Found a property we liked listed by century 21. Property was great and detailed properly on their website. Called 1 time because my son had hit a button on the tv remote and tv would not work. Called century 21 and the girl that answered was very helpful and got us back up running again. Will definitely stay with again

I seriously can't believe your agency is refusing to reimburse me $17 for a coffee maker that I had to purchase to replace a broken unit. It was 6:30 AM Sunday morning. Would you really have driven over a replacement unit by 8 AM that same day (the coffee was finally done by 8 after purchasing, cleaning the pot, etc.)? After a long day on the road Saturday, all I wanted was a pot of MY coffee to enjoy on the deck of the house. I rented an additional baby crib for extra $$ when it was already present in the house. I didn't see it for a couple days because it was in a closet. You should be aware of renting additional items to folks when the stuff is already at the rented house. I will use another company for reservations next time. Otherwise, you did great

Staff was friendly but was very disappointed and upset that no one mentioned that the house was listed for sale and that we would be asked to let people see the house while we were there. That was a big oversight and unprofessional. While that was a big deal, everything and everyone else was fine.
