Everything was perfect! Check in, check out, reminder/communication emails, and house!
Staff was friendly but was very disappointed and upset that no one mentioned that the house was listed for sale and that we would be asked to let people see the house while we were there. That was a big oversight and unprofessional. While that was a big deal, everything and everyone else was fine.
Couldn't check in until 5:00pm, then had the worst time getting into the house due to the terrible condition of the locks on the doors. One toilet seat was cracked and pinched when you used it- only toilet on the main floor, of course. House was not swept before we arrived and the floor was quite sandy. Two of the plastic chairs on the front porch had cracked rockers and made loud noises when used. No dish towels at all. Did just OK, Check in was great but property was not inspected and put in proper shape upon our arrival. Had to call and get outdoor shower fixed on our arrival. That should have been taken care of before arrival. Did not like the having to wait over 45 days to get my damage deposit back. You knew within a few days that we did not damage anything. Why hold MY money for over 45 days!!!! Don't know that I will rent from Century 21 at Topsail again. Have gone to Emerald Isle in the past and the rental agency there was just GREA... read more
Awesome Experience!
Ease of making reservation. Loved the starter bag. It helped as you don't have to rush to the grocery store. Friendly and knowledgeable when I called the office. I liked the email reminders.
picking out the house and check-in was a breeze, agent was very helpful and assisted in picking out the right size home. Although we found things to be a little unkept at the house itself. Very cluttered under the house, microwave handle looked to have a had a quick fix with glue - which didn't hold, cleaners should have checked over the property for major dust - found on walls, ceilings and ledges. And the deck railing outside the main level bedroom had not been fixed - which was brought to your attention weeks ago when my ... read more
Check in and out was easy. Communication and updates were frequent and informative. Very pleased with customer service.
First time staying on topsail. Found a property we liked listed by century 21. Property was great and detailed properly on their website. Called 1 time because my son had hit a button on the tv remote and tv would not work. Called century 21 and the girl that answered was very helpful and got us back up running again. Will definitely stay with again
