First time staying on topsail. Found a property we liked listed by century 21. Property was great and detailed properly on their website. Called 1 time because my son had hit a button on the tv remote and tv would not work. Called century 21 and the girl that answered was very helpful and got us back up running again. Will definitely stay with again

I seriously can't believe your agency is refusing to reimburse me $17 for a coffee maker that I had to purchase to replace a broken unit. It was 6:30 AM Sunday morning. Would you really have driven over a replacement unit by 8 AM that same day (the coffee was finally done by 8 after purchasing, cleaning the pot, etc.)? After a long day on the road Saturday, all I wanted was a pot of MY coffee to enjoy on the deck of the house. Staff was friendly but was very disappointed and upset that no one mentioned that the house was listed for sale and that we would be asked to let people see the house while we were there. That was a big oversight and unprofessional. While that was a big deal, everything and everyone else was fine.
Century 21 is highly recommended for ease of conducting business. Office staff is great to work with. Re the Unit: Few bad weather nights forced us inside & analog TV in living room is SO small, difficult to see. I know the person that cleans has a short time but window sills, blinds are always dusty, furniture dusty, Floors, carpets and bathrooms are clean. We had a few suggestions for the condo itself. We wrote down all of the improvements and brought it in to your staff and they handled it really well. We shared our concern about the extremely uncomfortable sleeper sofa (we were having two guests coming in to stay with us that same evening), and the staff contacted the owner, sent someone to take pictures and look at the sleeper sofa, and sent a brand-new one out the same day! Your staff there was very friendly and upbeat. I stayed in Sea-Cluded in Serenity Point. This was my first time renting from you and my first time in Serenity Point. I have been coming to different parts of Topsail my entire life every year. The unit was superbly furnished. There was never a time I felt there was something I needed. I really appreciated the fact that linens were standard for the unit. Nice not having to bring my own. The care bag with soaps etc. was a great touch. I now have a new realtor for next year!
