We had a few suggestions for the condo itself. We wrote down all of the improvements and brought it in to your staff and they handled it really well. We shared our concern about the extremely uncomfortable sleeper sofa (we were having two guests coming in to stay with us that same evening), and the staff contacted the owner, sent someone to take pictures and look at the sleeper sofa, and sent a brand-new one out the same day! This was a new home and area to us. It was recommended by the Vacation Rental Staff and they were right. Beautiful home and area. The VR Staff has always been pleasant and terrific.

We enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of things we had to get fixed ( tub and hood that covers chimney). Service was quick. The shower liner was extremely dirty. You would think the cleaning service would have cleaned or changed it. Linens and towels was wrapped in plastic., which we appreciated. Peaceful area, friendly people

Your staff there was very friendly and upbeat. I stayed in Sea-Cluded in Serenity Point. This was my first time renting from you and my first time in Serenity Point. I have been coming to different parts of Topsail my entire life every year. The unit was superbly furnished. There was never a time I felt there was something I needed. I really appreciated the fact that linens were standard for the unit. Nice not having to bring my own. The care bag with soaps etc. was a great touch. I now have a new realtor for next year! Ease of making reservation. Loved the starter bag. It helped as you don't have to rush to the grocery store. Friendly and knowledgeable when I called the office. I liked the email reminders.

picking out the house and check-in was a breeze, agent was very helpful and assisted in picking out the right size home. Although we found things to be a little unkept at the house itself. Very cluttered under the house, microwave handle looked to have a had a quick fix with glue - which didn't hold, cleaners should have checked over the property for major dust - found on walls, ceilings and ledges. Booking and check in were easy. However, we had the same experience as always. These houses are DIRTY and seem lacking of certain maintenance. Tattered furniture, gross bed covers, ripped pillows, water damaged cabinets, MOLD growing on one of the shower curtains, dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets, sand and debris in the kitchen cabinets and drawers, not enough seating in the main living area, or on the outside decks, UNCOMFORTABLE mattresses with one bed literally being supported by a foot stool, disgusting carpet on the... read more

You did great, but the house could have been a little cleaner and the kitchen utensils and cups were not clean, we had to wash them right away! We had a window pain out completely and had to buy duck tape to fix it before we could notify century 21. The fire alarm downstairs went off and I guess needed a battery, over all it was good!
