First the good: I was kept well informed about the rental and expectations via email on a regular basis. It was easy to book the rental. When we had a plumbing issue, a plumber came to the unit and resolved the issue within a very short amount of time. Now the not so good: When I stopped to pick up the packet with keys and passes, the receptionist was rather rude and obviously not happy to see me at 4:50 in the afternoon. We absolutely LOVE Topsail Island! This will definitely be our annual beach vacation for years to come. The house we rent is right on the beach, there are several stores on the island for convenience, especially if you dont want to travel far for groceries, dinner or souvenirs. A little piece of heaven... that's for sure!! I recommend Century 21, Action for you vacation needs, they were so helpful from start to finsih.
We stayed at Beach Mountain Duplex for the second time and loved it! The house and location is great. Our check in was flawless,we even got our key a tiny bit early, loved it! Hope to be back in 2 years, see you then!

I seriously can't believe your agency is refusing to reimburse me $17 for a coffee maker that I had to purchase to replace a broken unit. It was 6:30 AM Sunday morning. Would you really have driven over a replacement unit by 8 AM that same day (the coffee was finally done by 8 after purchasing, cleaning the pot, etc.)? After a long day on the road Saturday, all I wanted was a pot of MY coffee to enjoy on the deck of the house. I think that Century 21 did a good job of providing useful information before and throughout our stay, however, we were not very happy with several things regarding the house. 1. Cleaning supplies were left out upon our entry. Dirty paper towels and spray were a definite turn off. The house was not properly cleaned. I vacuumed during the first two hours of our arrival. I rented an additional baby crib for extra $$ when it was already present in the house. I didn't see it for a couple days because it was in a closet. You should be aware of renting additional items to folks when the stuff is already at the rented house. I will use another company for reservations next time. Otherwise, you did great
We enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of things we had to get fixed ( tub and hood that covers chimney). Service was quick. The shower liner was extremely dirty. You would think the cleaning service would have cleaned or changed it. Linens and towels was wrapped in plastic., which we appreciated. Peaceful area, friendly people
