We absolutely LOVE Topsail Island! This will definitely be our annual beach vacation for years to come. The house we rent is right on the beach, there are several stores on the island for convenience, especially if you dont want to travel far for groceries, dinner or souvenirs. A little piece of heaven... that's for sure!! I recommend Century 21, Action for you vacation needs, they were so helpful from start to finsih.

Got to check in a little early, that's always a plus also Shipwatch Villas 1315 was as nice as the pictures, already booked it for next year and the receptionist was very polilte and helpful.

Loved the beach, but the place where we stayed, was to dated. The wiring was old, the sink was old, carpet needs pulled up to old. Beds need replaced. The whole place needs complete updating.

This was our second year with century 21 action. Always a great experience and any problems were handled quickly and to greatest approval! Already booked our third year.

The Following were awesome reservation staff - (Jessica), check in welcome bag, linens being included, location of the house, and size of the rooms The following were not so great - the shape of the home, not as updated as advertised, Hvac, appliances, couch, and carpet are on their last leg. Decking boards are loose. Terrible - Customer care during the stay. Fridge and freezer went out late afternoon on a Tuesday, not fixed until Thursday morning. I seriously can't believe your agency is refusing to reimburse me $17 for a coffee maker that I had to purchase to replace a broken unit. It was 6:30 AM Sunday morning. Would you really have driven over a replacement unit by 8 AM that same day (the coffee was finally done by 8 after purchasing, cleaning the pot, etc.)? After a long day on the road Saturday, all I wanted was a pot of MY coffee to enjoy on the deck of the house. I think that Century 21 did a good job of providing useful information before and throughout our stay, however, we were not very happy with several things regarding the house. 1. Cleaning supplies were left out upon our entry. Dirty paper towels and spray were a definite turn off. The house was not properly cleaned. I vacuumed during the first two hours of our arrival. Staff was friendly but was very disappointed and upset that no one mentioned that the house was listed for sale and that we would be asked to let people see the house while we were there. That was a big oversight and unprofessional. While that was a big deal, everything and everyone else was fine.
