Your staff there was very friendly and upbeat. I stayed in Sea-Cluded in Serenity Point. This was my first time renting from you and my first time in Serenity Point. I have been coming to different parts of Topsail my entire life every year. The unit was superbly furnished. There was never a time I felt there was something I needed. I really appreciated the fact that linens were standard for the unit. Nice not having to bring my own. The care bag with soaps etc. was a great touch. I now have a new realtor for next year! Check in and out was easy. Communication and updates were frequent and informative. Very pleased with customer service.
First time staying on topsail. Found a property we liked listed by century 21. Property was great and detailed properly on their website. Called 1 time because my son had hit a button on the tv remote and tv would not work. Called century 21 and the girl that answered was very helpful and got us back up running again. Will definitely stay with again

I seriously can't believe your agency is refusing to reimburse me $17 for a coffee maker that I had to purchase to replace a broken unit. It was 6:30 AM Sunday morning. Would you really have driven over a replacement unit by 8 AM that same day (the coffee was finally done by 8 after purchasing, cleaning the pot, etc.)? After a long day on the road Saturday, all I wanted was a pot of MY coffee to enjoy on the deck of the house. I think that Century 21 did a good job of providing useful information before and throughout our stay, however, we were not very happy with several things regarding the house. 1. Cleaning supplies were left out upon our entry. Dirty paper towels and spray were a definite turn off. The house was not properly cleaned. I vacuumed during the first two hours of our arrival. You did great, but the house could have been a little cleaner and the kitchen utensils and cups were not clean, we had to wash them right away! We had a window pain out completely and had to buy duck tape to fix it before we could notify century 21. The fire alarm downstairs went off and I guess needed a battery, over all it was good!
Check in was a ease and the house Wynn's Way had everything we needed for our family. The only thing about the house was that it needed some dusting and there was sand on the furniture that you could feel when you sat down.
This was a new home and area to us. It was recommended by the Vacation Rental Staff and they were right. Beautiful home and area. The VR Staff has always been pleasant and terrific.
