Great vacation!!! Our 7th year and signed up for 2017
You did great, but the house could have been a little cleaner and the kitchen utensils and cups were not clean, we had to wash them right away! We had a window pain out completely and had to buy duck tape to fix it before we could notify century 21. The fire alarm downstairs went off and I guess needed a battery, over all it was good!
Check in was very easy and prompt. Reservation process was also very easy. The house, on the other hand, had dirty carpets, dirty walls, laminate coming off in many places on the kitchen cabinets, broken fridge door shelf but it was replaced the next day. The exterior has siding that is deteriorating . The ground level bedroom accessed through the garage has what looks like water damage along the baseboards and a moldy/mildew type odor. Great property, easy check in, easy check out and friendly people!
Lobed the location of the house but didn't care for the noise of the birds in the vent of the stove. Also had to deal with ants around the stove top everyday. Not to happy about the way my vehicle was treated in the drive way when the lawn care company came and blew grass all over the side of my car.

Friendly and efficient check in! Welcome bag was fantastic! Inclusion of linens was also a wonderful bonus! Highly recommended!!!!
First the good: I was kept well informed about the rental and expectations via email on a regular basis. It was easy to book the rental. When we had a plumbing issue, a plumber came to the unit and resolved the issue within a very short amount of time. Now the not so good: When I stopped to pick up the packet with keys and passes, the receptionist was rather rude and obviously not happy to see me at 4:50 in the afternoon. Got to check in a little early, that's always a plus also Shipwatch Villas 1315 was as nice as the pictures, already booked it for next year and the receptionist was very polilte and helpful.
