Horrible experience! Never rent from these people! The owner Russ is, ok, but the wife is an absolute viper. Sugar-sweet at first, but she rules the roost and tries to bully and threaten people I paid my rent on time, lived alone and kept the place spotless, but when I wasn't ok with them using their key to enter my home unannounced, she threatened to evict me. Rude, controlling horrible woman. Trust me, you do NOT want to rent from these people. They will bully you and force themselves in to your home.
