Fantastic experience in purchasing our first home!
Hands down the worst rental place I have ever dealt with. We have called for over three months about plumbing issues and now our entire basement is flooded and smells awful. I have called the emergency line multiple times today and still have not gotten anyone. They are rude and the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!

Renting from century 21 was terrible. Every time that we had a maintenance request the lady was so rude about it and made it seem like we were an inconvenience to her. On top of that it sometimes would take several days before anyone would come and look at the problem... (For example we had a mouse living in our pantry for 4 days). At the end of our lease we left the house in excellent condition and they still tried to charge us a cleaning fee, in which it took EIGHT days to get ahold of anyone to refund the money back to us... read more
