What a joke this company is... I have never had a worse customer service experience than this. When I questioned any part of the legal process regarding the sale and escrow of my property, I was immediately sent a letter threatening a lawsuit for libel or slander by the owner, Stanley Shapiro. He sent no less than three threats of legal action when I questioned the delays.
