Scam artist and slumlords. Renter BEWARE. I paid $1200 a month for a 2 bedroom one bath on Vine st in Chattanooga. Nathan Braden was my landlord. Mice infestations, leaky sinks, extreme mold on kitchen walls and leaky roof that caused ceiling to bubble. I never once had AC and heat because Nathan ignored me for the entire year that I lived under his lease. Stole my $1200 deposit. I moved in during 95 degree weather and had no ac unit.
