During my time living here, I have experienced a persistent fly infestation in my unit — an issue that, I later found out, has been ongoing for years and was experienced by the previous resident prior to me. Lived here for two years, never had any issues with management and felt safe throughout. Recent renovations has the place looking very nice

If i could, I would have given 0 star to this apartment. During my 2 years stay in here, my apartment got robbed with wooden door smashed to pieces, and lost around 2000~3000 USD worth of stuff. Worst of all, they even asked me to pay 600 USD to repair the door. lol Other tenants and I have suggested to add the CCTV to increase the security, however, Stuho was unwilling to do so. Worst experiences, glad I graduated already.
