I'm really at a loss for what to say here. I am incredulous as to how difficult, and seemingly impossible, it is for these people to do their job. For one, they sent my meds to the wrong pharmacy location despite me confirming where to send it to. It was annoying to fix but I dealt with it. But getting the appropriate bloodwork done was an absolute nightmare. For one they sent the bloodwork orders in as a mess. The front office staff was so nice and I was seen promptly for my appointment. The nurse and Julianne were kind and attentive, I appreciated that they took their time in the appointment. I had a very good experience and highly recommend this office.
