Aweful call center, he speaks not understandable
The worst experience with Dr. Barbara Cerdeira. After visiting the emergency room twice and suffering from severe tremors for two months, she refused to provide a referral for further lab tests, despite my concerning results. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive of my condition. When I followed up with a second complaint, she prescribed me the exact same medication I had already taken twice, even though she knew it wasn’t working. No soy de dar malos reviews, pero la gente tiene la razon al escribir de la mala atencion que se recibe en esta clinica. Dice Walk Ins bienvenidos y realmente no reciben Walk Ins todo es por cita. Te tratan de mala manera en el front desk y no te pueden resolver.
