The pharmacy is a complete disaster... The doctor tells you one thing and the the person transcribing writes another I had troubles with them since day one Tried to contact manager several times in person and over the phone with no avail... Indicating you can't find my patient profile is a way of ignoring my bad comments... of course I am a real patient of Dr Valerio.
Im a patient of Centrum health in 7200 nw 7th st Miami fl 33126 My doctor is great Dania Verdecia but what’s very bad is the customer service department and getting authorization for approval in the referral department too. And sending documents and paper work from hospital to PCP. The office doesn’t get it. And also if hospital needs to get I touch to my PCP it never happens. My opinion they need to have a direct number to where my doctor works because by the time she gets anything it’s too late. And I’m very disappointed b... read more

Una total falta de respeto al tiempo de los pacientes Llegamos puntualmente a la 1:18 pm para una cita programada a la 1:30 pm. A las 3:00 pm aún no nos habían atendido, mientras veíamos cómo otros pacientes que llegaron después eran pasados antes que nosotros, sin explicación clara. Cuando preguntamos, la única respuesta fue que “la doctora tiene muchos pacientes”. ¿Entonces para qué dan citas si no pueden cumplirlas?
