Centrum pharmacy, The fact that you’re employs, Cuban females always answer the phone in Spanish is already a problem, and every time I order meds there is always one missing, no call back to explain why, lack of communication. This are sick elderly and disabled people’s meds and a review it’s not enough
The worst place! If you have the possibility to go somewhere else DO IT! At my first appointment they made me wait an hour and a half. At my second appointment, I was there on time around 11:30 and when I asked about my appointment the woman at the front desk told me my appointment was at 1:15pm when the email that I received as a confirmation clearly stated it was at 12:30pm when I showed her the email she literally do this 🤷♀️ and told me she has no control over it (she had an attitude and was rude the whole time) No hel... read more
Honestly horrible customer care. They make you have an appointment time but never get attended at your appointment time. The attention and everyone speaking spanish is not a professional environment. I will not recommend them to do any type of exams. They don't value or respect your time. They have violated the HIPPA policy multiple times. They talk about patients as soon as they walk out.
