I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent experience with the clinic assigned to me through my insurance. When I called to schedule an appointment, the receptionist was extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. She did not provide clear information, was dismissive, and made me feel very uncomfortable during the call. When I was 15 years old i went to Dr janet crying about extreme period pain Pain to the point of me fainting she rolled her eyes and said deal with it All females go through that I went to a more professional and careing doctor This doctor Found out that my Horrible. Cramps Were because I had a Torsion Ovarian cyst that was 20 cm in diameter it was very disappointing to find out my childhood doctor didn't care to further Assist me
