It pains me to write this as the doctors themselves are great. This office is utterly dysfunctional. They rarely follow up. My insurance ran out and my new one starts on 7/1. However, my prescriptions have run out. They refuse to refill them until they see me until I come in, but they won't schedule an appointment until my new insurance starts. Very very Bad experience. I cannot explain.I had to get my daughter's certificate for school for phyiscal fitness. It's been 1 week and I haven't completed the form yet. I call 20 times and they're not even picking up the phone.
