I called for an emergency maintenance and Carlos was very quick to respond to the job. Super friendly guy who got the job done efficiently and correctly ! He even gave me a few pointers on how to avoid the situation in the future which I really appreciated as someone who doesn’t know much about repairs n all that stuff. Thank you Carlos !

Carlos has always addressed my maintenance issues in a timely manner when I have them and if he is available will fix it almost immediately or by the end of the day.
Carlos the maintenance man is super friendly and efficient! I work overnight and every time I answer the door in my pajamas and sleepy face he’s always so apologetic and makes an effort to be in and out and provide a best estimate on when he has to return. He changed our locks today and he came right before I had to leave for work and made sure I had my new keys before my shift.
Great place! I renew my lease for another year. The staff is super nice and accommodating and always willing to help.
