I needed to balance my glowing review of a new maintenance employee with these caveats about general management/philosophy. if you do not pay for covered parking or it is not available you will have a very hard time. Management is technically competent but cold and dismissive. New improvements to infrastructure like re-piping/painting/repaving were all needed but implemented at great inconvenience to residents who had less unpaid parking and frequent lack of parking and dismissed by management for it. I really appreciate the attention to detail the maintenance team shows. Alex was very helpful and on a maintenance call for an unrelated matter he fixed my leaking garbage disposal before I even noticed. 10/10 I've lived here for around 8 years and the new management is really on it. Greatly appreciated
