Overall great complex. Been living here shy of a year and it's been awesome so far. Location is perfect for us. Ralph's, restaurants etc are .3 miles away. Very safe environment. Gated parking, security at night. No problem with bugs. Maintenance comes quickly. General service is dope. The rent can be expensive, especially if you go for the renovated ones, but honestly you get what you pay for. Would recommend
Probably one of the best apartments I've lived in. Great staff, great neighbors, great security guards, always clean, the pigeons are annoying but if you buy one of those owls from Home Depot then they leave your terrace alone. There's a lonely owl at night that always hoots but it's not a big deal.
