My 88-year-old father has had dementia for two years. He is also physically disabled, unable to walk without a walker. On April 21, 2020, after being at Cap. Reg. Med. Center for three days due to dehydration-related unmanageable behavior, he was transferred to Centre Point for physical rehab. Of course, we weren’t allowed to go inside so were unable to help him settle in and make sure he was properly taken care of. i do not recommend this place at all. the aids and nurse's are rude unprofessional people who do not care about the patents at all. my mother kept getting head lice in this place from other people and also developed bed sores bcuz they weren't taking care of her properly. she has kidney failure and is on dyalisis, she almost passed away and was in this place for physical therapy. again i do not recommend this place at all. i give it a - star rating.

The staff is wonderful, the food is great & wheeling around in my wheelchair is tons of fun.

My great aunt loved the PT and spoke highly of them. I just wished the staff communicated with the family better.
