Been frustrated for a while. Finally posting this cos there's no one on their "24/7" emergency line. They prey on college kids who's new to renting. I urge everyone to stay away. It's not just fees and late maintenance, they don't value your LIFE. There's a whole story years ago with their fire escape COLLAPSING and it was unattended for almost weeks. Pros: across from Dollar General, near bus stop Cons: Moved into an uncleaned apartment with a broken window, cut-open window screens, and a sink that didn't drain. Carpet has multiple holes cut into it with ethernet cables sticking out. Broken tiles in walls. There is exposed piping from old wall radiators that flakes off rust, which we have to warn our guests about, as we have cut ourselves on it.
