They told an 83 year old woman w/ lung cancer to be there at 7am for surgery — and kept her waiting for SIX hours before they operated because this hospital is DYSFUNCTIONAL. And cruel: she was all prepped and positive in mind and body and feeling fine when she arrived, and this agonizing delay (on an empty, starving stomach) was harmful and abusive. Why/How could a place be so mean?
Two hour wait time and still waiting. Unpleasant staff, dirty waiting area.
