Let me start by telling you I'm a proud germaphobe! This is the cleanest hospital I ever entered. I've been here quite a few times and couldn't believe how clean it is. I've been to very many hospitals and NONE compare to this one as far as cleanliness is concerned. I wouldn't be concerned at all contracting any type of diseases in this place! I give it 5+ stars for cleanliness and the friendly staff who work here...
Cannot day enough about the incredible staff from housekeeping to medical : all Professional and most importantly ; caring . This is just a quick post for service provided to my 85 yr old mom - she is still in care ... but the staff and medical care has been very attentive to her needs

How dare you have a doctor in the emergency room who does not take Medicare, what kind of crap is this, should have been told and I would have told the Dr to get the hell out of my room don't you dare touch me so you can bill me
Been their many times having various procedures and I can’t say a bad word. Nurses go out of their way making your stay as comfortable as possible. Never met anyone that wasn’t willing to go out of their way trying to help you get through your stay. I’ve been in many hospitals coming from NY and CentraState is ten times cleaner then all the others. Keep up the great work CentraState, I’m happy. Thank you.
Absolutely disgusted with my mothers care, she’s been in their hospital for 2 days with zero action. She is supposed to be getting checked for anemia and they promised for two days that tests would be performed, the place is dirty and I have pictures to prove that, food left in her room for a day (that was day 1) they haven’t given her food (day 2) and she’s a diabetic, for a day on the basis that her stomach needs to be empty for the testing, meanwhile no testing has been performed. I went there and it was dirty the place was empty . I had chest pain abdominal pain . They struggled with an EKG don’t know why ? Took blood gave me IV fluids sent me home worse pain than when I went in . Now I’m home wondering what to do . I call my old doctor and he says go back . I told him the doctor didn’t listen to my abdomen lung sounds or anything.
Would give -10 if I could. Came in for myself. Young boy is sitting here with a concussion (probably 10) and he wasn’t seen as important! Worst ER EVER!
This place is a fraud, they try to run it like the mob. If you need xrays done do yourself a favor and don't go to inpatient to get it done. Go to an imaging place like NorthPoint ( which is an affiliate of Centra State ) and you will only have to pay your co-pay. Unlike CentaState which will bill your insurance co. over 1,000.00 just for a few xrays of a foot and want you to pay a 500.00 + deductible. Forget about even calling them cause all they want to do is ask if you want a payment plan and on top they are rude.
