Should have gone to Jersey Shore but CentraState was closer. Absolutely terrible experience. Hospital refused to do an MRI after X-rays did not show any bone issues Sent house keeping in to change a curtain while I’m in extreme pain and half dressed. The man knocks into my foot with a rolling ladder causing me to have another excruciating back spasm. I am screaming in pain, telling him to get out nurses yell at me to “not be rude to him” 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

OPEN LETTER TO CENTRA STATE Hospital Freehold New Jersey Patient Advocacy & Social Services My adult daughter was brought to your facility on September 11, 2020. My understanding is that she could not put two thoughts together. When she arrived, she gave my phone number as a contact number. She called me a few times from the hospital. My mother died there. Went to ER due to a reaction to drops from eye surgery and ended up with a blood infection which was undetermined for 3 weeks until too late. The ICU doctor said to me “she is over 70 what do you expect?” I expected them to determine the source of the infection in her body and then try to cure it. Doctor didn’t cate as he had “other patients”. My girl friends’ mother was taken there for stomach pain while attending my mom’s wake. She ended up in surgery and was recouping well. Unfortunatly my daughter at the age of 15 now 41 was diagnoised with chrones. All her Drs and Nurses have given her impeckable care. They treat her like family.
