I just started with a trainer , mind you that I have been an member since it first opened and finally as a gift from my dear friend , I started with CLEO, she is GREAT !
I am one of the Nationally Accredited CPT's on staff! The facility is well kept with all state of the art equipment. Salt jacuzzi, therapy and lap pools are great for low impact exercising. Most importantly all the trainers are there to motivate and encourage overall wellness to reach the goals of our clients!

Took me a year to even get a membership price. The front desk is a waste of time and know nothing
Best place I ever worked out in. Most important is that's it's clean and has state of the art equipment.
