You would expect the most amazing gym experience for the price they make you pay � per month, but of course some equipment would not work, the floor area feels small, although it is HUGE, I must admit that!!! It lacks the curb appeal- they need to rearrange the equipment and make it seem more spacious. The stretch area is tiny... The pool is nice though with salty water- great for the kids too! Such friendly caring staff. Moms' therapist, Molly, takes time & good care. She's got the gentle touch adding soft soothing music to relax the patient.
I have been a member for about 5 years and have had several trainers until I found Phil P. He is very competent and well skilled. I recently had lower back problems caused be stenosis and Phil developed a program to strengthen my back and alleviate my pain. My Orthopedist recommended physical therapy and I went for an evaluation. The therapist discussed what Phil was doing and determined that additional therapy was not needed as Phil had covered all the bases. I have been a sales counselor for about 6 months at the center. I absolutely love my job and having the ability to help other reach their goals right before my eyes. This center in truly unlike any other fitness facility. Not to mention we truly have the best members around! Highly recommend!
