I use to love all the classes.....for the last 6 months they have been dropping classes...of course the ones I like....apparently you can’t get a good reason why....a few instructors have left....and not on good terms! Bring back kick boxing and spin at 9 on Saturday and Sunday!!!!!!!!
Another great workout No pool today. 1/2 he on bike , then crunches. Felt the burn.
It’s really great! The lifeguard let me jump in the deep end instead of slowly going in cold! Made it much easier!
I love Centrastate because it's my happy place it's like a home away from home like. I go on the treadmill to watch my shows like Rachael Ray, The View, Days of our Lives and The Chew. I also like to take my showers there in the locker room after my workout so I won't have to waste my the water at my house. That's why I love that Fitness Center so much
