My daughter and our entire family are so incredibly grateful for the care we received at this office. When my teenage daughter was diagnosed with a pilonidal cyst and needed surgery, we were both overwhelmed with fear and uncertainty. It was a really difficult and emotional time for us. If I can give it a 0 star I would but google doesn’t let me. One specific girl working there i believe named Lupe was very unprofessional. I went in for a consultation last week, she was rude and was not understanding. She looks like she hates her job and wasn’t professional at all. They need better management as well. I hope they get better people to work here .

Very rude. I called to schedule my grandma an appointment and the lady that answered said that I had the wrong number, I was explaining to her that this was the address that was given on the referral and she just hung up. Very unprofessional 8/5/24 I called around 1:30pm
