If you’re looking for a realtor I recommend working with Perel. There were a few things we thought we couldn’t qualify for but Perel made it happen. Not to mention, he saved us over 10k in closing cost! He does all the hard work, he makes things easy for us. He’s constantly keeping us updated as quickly as possible. Perel is a amazing realtor ! We bought our first home with Perel, and he went above and beyond for us . The process felt so easy with him . He answered all of our questions, toured the same house multiple times . Didn’t feel rushed or pressured with Perel . Even after closing on the home any questions we had Perel was always there to answer them . There are many realtors out there, but you can’t go wrong with Perel .
