This is one of the most horribly unorganized offices I have ever dealt with. The staff is rude and have no idea what customer service means. My mother has had so many issues with this office I can’t even begin to list them all. She is in the process of trying to find a new MD because of how poorly she has been treated by the MA’s at this practice.
