Terrible service. I called a to make an appointment as a new patient & the lady who answered was very rude & not helpful at all. She sounded forced to answer the call. Raised her voice over the phone. If you’re not willing to be any help to people don’t be a receptionist at the front desk. No people skills.
Very unprofessional experience. I had a 10:00 appointment but waited until 12:00 while new patients were seen ahead of me. It seemed the front desk staff prioritized people they knew over scheduled appointments. I do not recommend this office
Would recommend coming here I love it here so much here they help me out when I need it
Doctor Nguyen is great, the only reason why I am giving this place 1 star is because they have new staff. Marcy and Anne arre very rude and unprofessional. Everytime I call and Anne answers she gives me attitude. Their new "manager" Marcy doesn't like to work too much, therefore she doesn't follow their business hours. Ever since the old manager, Arcelia left, this place isn't the same. Now they only see their patients and by appointment only. This clinic is very nice when ever I was sick doctor Nguyen would give me medicine and help me feel better
