Ken at Oxmoor Hyundai was amazing. I went in looking at getting a used SUV, and he helped me find the perfect car. Drove off with a 2023 Hyundai Tucson SEL and couldn’t be happier. Everyone at Oxmoor Hyundai was so friendly and super sweet!

Communication is horrible. Price on the vehicle suddenly went up in price after I got pre-qualified for financing. I've had to go through the same questions with three different representatives all of which told me someone would call me back in a few minutes, which never happend any of the times. I just keep getting e-mails from 3 different reps even after requesting I would rather communicate through text or talking over the phone. I am unable to go to the dealership in person because I live over 5 hours away. I made it cle... read more

They were so busy they couldn’t focus on their customers who had appointments. Was not helpful just was telling me what they couldn’t do after I gave them all the info they asked for. But I got a car from another Hyundai somewhere else.
They contacted me, i filled out the application and never heard back again
I’m giving Hyundai Medford an A+ and if you’re in the market for a new or used car, I wouldn’t look any further. I was treated with respect and honesty. Xander and his team bent over backwards to work with me and get me the best deal for my new car and my trade-in. Dania did an amazing job getting me into my dream mom car! I found a 2019 Cadillac Escalade online that morning, was at the dealership for only 3 hours, and drove away with it putting nothing down, and the monthly payments were exactly where we wanted them. We went in there explaining our needs and what we were looking for and that’s exactly what we got. No BS, no run arounds, it was the most pleasant dealership experience I have ever had.
