Great experience
I went to the dealership to look at the car. But a young lady was taking it for a test drive. Well needless to say.She bought it. But the salesman,Frank told me about a 2023 Tucson SEL. I wanted a red car .Both cars were red after looking at the other car and going back and forth a few times. We were able to come a deal for my car and the new one. I am very happy with my new car. It’s nice when you get what you want .

The sales team responded quickly. Salesman Jon C. sent me pictures and a video of the vehicle. I am laid up due to injury, He was patient and understanding. So I had problems taking items off my trade in Jon went above and beyond to get those parts for me himself. He kept me updated on all paperwork then brought the Gladiator to my house.

I was contacterd by a very friendly staff member when I sent an availability request. I never made it out to the dealership to look at the vehicle however before I was notified it sold.

Terrible communication. Price was not accurate as listed. The associates I dealt with were not helpful at all.
I recently purchased a 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring from this dealership. Overall the car itself is great and the price advertised was $27,898 they then tacked on nonsense fees, we then agreed on $29,500, which I felt was fair for the vehicle. What left a bad taste in my mouth was the way the final numbers were handled. After shaking hands on the price, the dealership added a dealer fee and a loan fee that I was told earlier would be waived. The car did not work for me as the seats were not comfortable at all. However, the salesman whose name was Gage was extremely helpful and courteous. They had other vehicles available however, those did not suit my needs. I talked to the sales manager named Clinton and he was helpful as well. I would not have an issue buying a vehicle from them it’s just that the car would not work for me.
