This was a pleasant experience. Sales staff was straight and right to the bottom line without the BS. I got the vehicle equipped as I wanted at a price well below the pricing of other dealers and without the usual dealer add ons. No pressure and great service. They even delivered the vehicle. Central Valley Hyundai communicated with my in a very timely manner when I had questions, plus there were no bombardment of emails asking what are you going to do. The vehicle I purchased was accurate in price as they stated on their website and when I made the decision to purchase, I called them, to have the paperwork started while I drove a 1 hr 40 min to get there. I dealt with Brock through emails only, I told him I would be coming down on Friday to buy the car. When I got there the car was already sold a day earlier. They had another identical car with a little higher price, I told the manager Josh, I will only buy at the original price, Josh sold for even $500 less than original because of additional incentives. So I bought the car. My experience was great dealing with Luis the salesman and Josh for a brief time, and Nicole for financial paperwork.
They held it for me while it got its tdi update complete. Very reasonable
