0 Star : My Experience When I dropped off my CRV for repairI had pointed out a connector that was part of the towing system (I tow my CRV behind my motor home) that was attached to a damaged panel under the front. Saying it would need to be removed and installed on the new part. When I picked it up , this part was missing and I was told it must not have been there -- which is not true, The Repair to my car itself appears to be fine.
