5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Central Valley did a great follow up to an issue I thought was related to the repair work, Cliff dug into the issue, and their working relationship with Mercury was great, as they were able to get the Diagnostic fee from a Dealer paid to have vehicle diagnosed.
