Very disturbing that an employee Caitlyn Hicks found a Yorkie, and refuses to give her back to her rightful owner when she was had originally told the owner of the dog that she found it and would meet her at 9 this morning to return it. Now this place is covering for her and have this story that they saved this dog by doing emergency surgery but never mentioned this to the owner of the dog who has posted posters all over town and went to the facility to get her dog back. Kane Thundertail is always treated like a king when he visits, and I feel his dermatologist actually listens to what I have to say
Very nice front staff, but the Dr. I saw was much more interested in expensive procedures than actually taking a common sense approach to an ear infection. Luckily I am savvy enough to know that these suggestions were outrageously priced and not necessary. Not somewhere I will frequent again. Sitting in a room for 75 minutes wasn't a plus for them either.
