I had a bad experience during the showing they accidentally gave me access to an occupied house. The neighborhood looked great, and the duplexes were newly constructed, but the mistake was frustrating. Another representative was rude and made it seem like my fault, though Leah was kind. If she had handled the situation, I might have considered viewing the correct unit.
I’ve been renting a property for going on 3 years I can say I greatly appreciate the generosity they’ve shown over the years . Often when you see pictures on these websites they’re old and properties aren’t kept up . One thing about central Texas property management they are going to go over and beyond to maintain a clean & comfortable environment for you and your family . This place is not the place to rent from when you’re looking for a nice quiet apartment… there is not absolutely any consideration to tenants living in multi family units when it comes to “ quite hours”! The units are have very thin walls and you can hear everything that goes on in your neighbors home, from slamming doors, loud music , arguing voices etc. Most management have it to where quiet hours are highly enforced! I rent from this company they didn't tell me that pets live in this property . Pet hair was everywhere it smells I got sick . I moved in July and out in November of this year . They changing for touch up paint and blind replacement cleaning change batteries. The problem is they don't want to give me back my deposit of $3400
Angelina was very professional and Soo helpful with this move I had Soo many questions she even answered them when it was a holiday!!
