Awesome place! Loved the cryotherapy! Hit the Oxygen Bar for 10 minutes and feeling awesome! So glad I bought the double session cryotherapy. The owner is terrific and knowledgeable, I’ll definitely be going back!

Freeze and squeeze and feeling calm and rejuvenated. First experience with cryotherapy, third visit, and glad I found it. Ben and staff get you in and out with all questions answered and careful attention to client well-being. Freeze gets you calm and energized all at the same time! Heart rate down, focus up. Squeeze really benefits the post workout, great for the legs and knees. I’m a fan of CTC!

The best form of relief I've found. The freeze is like hitting the reboot button on your entire body. The compression is amazing, especially for people who are forced to sit long periods of time at their work.
