The owner and her staff team are amazing and knowledgeable. I don't come here just for the Cryotherapy but I utilize all of their services. I come in stressed and full of anxiety. I always leave feeling 10x better than I walked through their doors. Today was the first time I used their CBD oxygen and WOW. Within 5 minutes my body felt relieved of anxiety. After a 20 minute session I felt like a new woman! thanks CenTex Cryo!
I compete in Weightlifting and have a National Meet coming up next week. My hip has been hurting while i squat and even walking for about 4 weeks. Today I did First cryo session and Normatec hip and back compression therapy! I literally walked in limping and left strutting because I had zero pain in my hip! I’m 110% sold and adding this into my weekly recovery routine!!! Don’t wait as long as I did, go check them out and you may just be pain free!!!
My Sister and I did the whole body Cryotherapy and immediately after we did the Infrared Sauna. We felt amazing following our sessions. Jordan was so professional and helpful. She educated and guided us on what to do for each service. I highly recommend this place.
