The staff is amazing, facility is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve done both the cryo and infrared sauna. The infrared sauna is awesome if you love to suffer!

Jus keep movin and I was fine. Longest 3 min of my life!! Staff very nice!! Did oxygen also with eucalyptus. I had so much energy the rest of the day. I also slept very well. Highly recommend. Next time I’m doing the cryo then the infrared treatment.
