Tech spent over 6hrs trying to fix furnance motor. 2hrs was on him running back and forth to get parts and the motor was a used one too so hopefullythat POS doesn't crash out on me soon . Charges was ridiculous, over 1k on something that should have only been around $500. Will be last time they come out for service for me.
I called them last summer about fixing our ac. Ended up using someone else. Fast forward to this spring and they send me a bill for $837 for work done on 2/14/25. Nobody from this company did ANY work at our house, yet they are stiil making an attempt at extortion. Complete joke of a company. These people are pathetic and not even worth 1 star. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as the Consumer Protection Agency to make formal compaints
I own Stuc's Pizza and Pints in Fox crossing for the last 5 years. We have had several pieces of equipment fail over the years. And every single time Cental Temp has been there for us! Every time I call. Whomever answers the phone is always helpful and pleasant. Bob pretty much knows everything about heating and cooling. He's also very nice and explains everything to me. Erik and every tech we have had at our restaurant has been amazing as well. Excellent business, excellent people. Thank you!
Called about my furnace having issue with heating. The person on the phone told me no problem and will have someone check it out. I asked if they do any repair I would like to know first before hand. Guy told me they wouldn't do anything before getting my okay. The technician came and did some test and left. Didn't let me know what they did. Later got a bill charged for things I didn't even approve to get done. Sametime, my furnace wasn't even fix. Called them about the issue and they acted like they didn't know anything but... read more
