Honest, professional, reasonable with startling history and experience
After the first 3 years of perfect performance, one of my 2 units stopped cooling. I agreed to a "service fee" even though the system came with a 10 year warranty. I do understand there could be outside influence on the systems failure so this was ok at the time but quickly became a money grab. The tech that arrived was not able to find any leaks but stated that I was "low" on Freon approx 8lbs and quoted me over 600.00 to recharge and add dye so if it leaks again they can detect it. Can you please have your employee stop parking on the street (which is prohibited by our hoa) near the community mail boxes (also prohibited by our hoa) making it a hazard to get our mail. We have contacted our hoa and the city of Buckeye where this truck is parked every evening.
