Bad news
Disgusting.. Bed Bugs. Roaches. Sketchy area. Sketchy management.. How they are still a thing, I will guess because they've been in the business long enough to know how to do things at the absolute bare minimum. Not their only property so beware. I'm sure they are all just as big of cesspools as this location..
I recently moved to Central Properties. I was given a unit infested with bedbugs. It has been almost a month since they were first notified and they have done nothing other than offer me three choices; half off a months rent, a proper bedbug treatment, or to get out of my lease. Out of the dozens of times I've tried to call, and had to leave messages, I've gotten 3 responses, while I sleep in my bug bombed vehicle in the parking lot and spend my hard earned money on rent for an uninhabitable apartment, and massive amounts of... read more
